Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Partedo platform (operated by Partedo OÜ). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Account

Buying and selling requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Listings and selling

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of a listing and for being entitled to sell the part. Offering stolen, counterfeit or unsafe parts is prohibited.

3. Payments and buyer protection

Payments are processed through a secure provider (Stripe). Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt. Partedo charges a service fee shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is arranged by the seller, typically via our partner Packeta. Risk passes in accordance with applicable law.

5. Liability

Partedo is an intermediary between buyer and seller and is not a party to the sale contract. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes.
