Every purchase on Partedo is covered by buyer protection.
How it works
- You pay securely via Stripe.
- We hold your money — it is not paid to the seller immediately.
- The seller ships the part (tracked via Packeta).
- Once you receive it and confirm the part is as described, funds are released to the seller.
If something goes wrong
If the part doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description, contact us — we'll help resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.
Never pay outside Partedo — only on-platform transactions are covered.
