This policy explains how the Partedo platform (operated by Partedo OÜ) processes your personal data when you use our sites on the partedo.eu, partedo.sk, partedo.cz, partedo.pl and partedo.de domains.

What data we process

  • Account data: email address, name, phone number, password (in encrypted form).
  • Third-party sign-in (Google, Apple, Facebook): if you sign in with a provider, we receive your name, email address and profile picture to the extent the provider shares them. We never store your password for those services.
  • Listing and message content: the information you enter in listings and the content of communication between users.
  • Transaction data: order and payment information (payments are processed by the payment provider Stripe).
  • Delivery data: delivery address and information needed to ship a parcel (partner Packeta/Zásilkovna).
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies and usage data.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the service (creating and managing your account, facilitating buying and selling) – performance of a contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest.
  • Communication and support – performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations (e.g. accounting) – compliance with a legal obligation.

Data sharing

We share data only with processors that help us operate the service (e.g. the payment provider Stripe, the delivery partner Packeta, hosting and email providers), and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and afterwards for the period required by law. Once the purpose ends, we delete or anonymise the data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee) — or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. You can exercise your rights by emailing info@partedo.eu.
